Keynote speeches were given in the fields of semiconductor technology, quantum information science, artificial intelligence research, next-generation transportation technology, and space utilization, as well as panel sessions aimed at promoting R&D and international cooperation in cutting-edge science and technology. I have always believed that it is important to create opportunities for international cooperation, and at CET it is also important to collaborate not only with the respective research fields, but also with other fields such as quantum computing, AI, semiconductors, and security. It is imperative to create a forum where industry, government, and academia can share cutting-edge information and cultivate a common awareness of issues by openly discussing a variety of issues.
